Management in the Fog is the result of more than twenty years of teaching, research, and writing in the fields of management, economics, psychology, and philosophy.

For many years in Iran, I authored numerous educational books for university applicants. But after moving to the Netherlands in 2023, my understanding of leadership entered a new stage—shaped by living in a society built on clarity, discipline, and human-centered values.

 

This book is my first specialized publication in management, released simultaneously in Persian and English.

It is written for today’s leaders who face uncertainty, rapid change, and complex crises, offering a more human, conscious, and meaningful approach to decision-making.

 

The core message of the book is simple yet essential:

 

“In a complex world, a leader must first understand the human—

including the one within.”
